Terms of Service
Effective date: 29 August 2026·Last updated: 25 September 2026
These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and The Trustee for Zoozara Trust, trading as FrontRow Parents (ABN 13 117 155 108), based in New South Wales, Australia, about your use of FrontRow Parents. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
What FrontRow is — and isn't
FrontRow Parents is an assistant that reads emails you have given it access to (typically from your child's school) and surfaces the dates, actions and information relevant to you on a single dashboard. FrontRow interprets school communications; it does not replace the original school notice.
You remain responsible for verifying critical dates, deadlines, and actions directly with the school. FrontRow may miss, mis-classify, or delay presenting information. Do not rely on FrontRow as the sole source of truth for anything time-critical, financial, medical, safety-related, or legally significant.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Clerk sign-in credentials and any mailbox you connect to FrontRow.
- You may disconnect a mailbox or delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use FrontRow for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of any person.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you, including other families' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service, or automate use in a way that circumvents rate limits.
- Upload or connect content you do not have the right to share.
Third-party services
Using FrontRow requires third-party services listed in our Privacy Policy, including Clerk, Google, Microsoft, AI service providers and hosting/network providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. FrontRow is not responsible for the behaviour of third-party services, but we take reasonable steps to choose providers we consider appropriate.
Availability and changes
FrontRow is an evolving product. We may change, add, remove, or pause features. We may schedule maintenance or experience outages. We aim to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uptime.
Intellectual property
FrontRow, its interface, code, brand and content (excluding your data and the third-party emails you connect) are owned by The Trustee for Zoozara Trust, trading as FrontRow Parents, and its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use FrontRow for its intended purpose. You retain all rights to your own data.
Termination
You can stop using FrontRow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, the data-deletion process in the Privacy Policy applies.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontRow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it surfaces from your mailbox will be complete or accurate.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Trustee for Zoozara Trust, trading as FrontRow Parents, and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the service. Where liability cannot be excluded but can lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid to FrontRow in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty, or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a term of this agreement is inconsistent with such a right, the right prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
